Unstoppabl came to one of our conference meetings and delivered a session on the benefits of sleep and what we can do to get better sleep. I loved the pack we worked through during, it made it really interactive. Ryan and Nick were really knowledgable and confident in what they were presenting and I found it really motivating, especially using personal experiences.
After the meeting everyone said how much they enjoyed it.
I am definitely intrigued as to how I can work on this using unstoppabl

Before Unstoppabl, I was in decent shape, but consistency was my biggest challenge. Some weeks I’d smash my workouts and stay on top of my protein intake, while other weeks, life would get in the way, and my routine would slip. I was frustrated because I knew I could do better but lacked the structure and accountability to stay on track.

The inconsistency that held me back is gone, and I’m hitting my goals without feeling overwhelmed. Unstoppabl has helped me achieve a sustainable level of consistency and accountability that not only works with my lifestyle, but that has transformed my fitness and my overall wellbeing.

I had allowed weight to creep on over a few years but was struggling to lose more than a kg or 2 before putting it back on again - it felt as though I was fighting a never ending battle.
I had met Ryan and Nick at networking events, and realising I needed some help & accountability I contacted Unstoppabl. Nick facilitated an assessment via Zoom, then Ryan got in touch to talk in more detail - a personal and kind approach that emphasised us working together to sort out the problem. It pushed me outside my comfort zone, but staying within that zone wasn’t doing me any good! Weighing myself, keeping a food diary, doing workouts adapted to my lifestyle and health …. As I put it into practice my health improved in many areas - fitness, sleep, mood, weight.
Now, 7 months on (including a 5 week holiday where I actually lost weight!) I’ve lost 11kg and feel younger and fitter than I have in years!

In March 2023 I looked back at my photos from a walk with the family and didn't want to post them on social media as I was so horrified with how I looked. I hadn't put any long photos of me on my socials for quite some time.
In honesty I didn't really know where to start, and wasn't in a great place to be able to make good decisions.
When I decided to start working with Unstoppabl, Ryan took into consideration the elements of my life that I can't change, and those that I could. Pain and injuries, work/life balance, lifestyle choices, time for myself, mental state, sleep patterns, alcohol and junk food consumption were all affecting the ways in which I wasn't looking after myself.
Ryan has supported me to alter my nutrition to encourage better food and drink choices - although I didn't have to give up any foods unless I wanted to, and I was given ways to get back on track after a day/weekend where my choices weren't as targeted as they could have been! I lost weight quite quickly initially, although knew that there was more to it to be able to keep this up and remain healthy inside as well as looking better on the outside.
I've not ever really been a gym bunny, but Ryan adapted my workouts to be suitable and relevant to me, and adjusted based on the previous weak points and injuries my body has, and a hectic lifestyle where I couldn't see how I was going to be able to fit exercise in. Following from this I have started more social exercise in team sports, but I wouldn't have had the capability, motivation or confidence had it not been for Ryan's support and words of encouragement.
For me, Unstoppabl was different than going to a weight loss group or joining a gym because the workouts and nutrition were catered to me and my needs and also from afar - the emphasis was really on me, to make better choices for myself and to have a coach to back me up, advise and support when I wasn't sure or needed extra guidance. By empowering me to learn, leaves a longer lasting legacy than an 'easy-fix' weight loss programme with short term results.
I'm now more educated in how to look after myself and have more confidence that I can support myself going forwards. My family have all now tried healthier foods and seen my journey, and I can support them to also live healthier and more active lifestyles having experienced this change myself.
If you know what you need to do, but are finding obstacles and barriers to doing it - Unstoppabl are the right guys to support you into finding a way that works for you. Real life cheerleaders :)

When I first started I was at a terrible place in terms of my general fitness weight and motivation but after getting started Nick was a real positive force that would keep encouraging and helping me to be on the correct path. Of course bumps are always going to be on the way but once again Nick was great with me when I was asking for suggestions and also the workouts acted as a bit of stability of which I was previously lacking as I was able to create a routine especially to get started and Nick was also very flexible to help with my limited equipment. I’ve since lost 7 stone from June to January and feel I’m on the correct path to keep it up. Can’t recommend unstoppabl enough to anyone looking to change their routine to be healthier and better as a whole.

Before discovering Unstoppabl, I had lost my love for exercise. As a result, my weight had increased to the highest it had ever been, and my nutrition was not what it should have been. Although I was eating healthily, the amount I was eating was way too much. I would start to reduce my calorie intake and increase my exercise before quickly losing the motivation - the enthusiasm just disappeared, and the scales didn't move, if anything, they went up.
I had seen people working with Unstoppabl and had a gut feeling they would also be able to help me on my health, fitness, and wellness journey, so I approached Ryan at a networking event. Working with Unstoppabl was exactly what I needed: accountability and support. By following their advice and getting help with my mindset, I quickly started to lose weight, but not only that, I felt and looked different. The results happened almost immediately, losing 2lbs within days of starting the process with Unstoppabl, so I knew I was in the right place.
It hasn't all been about weight loss for me; Ryan really understood me and has helped massively with my mindset, which has given me lifelong skills in managing my wellbeing. Having worked with Nick and Ryan from Unstoppabl, I would give them 6 gold stars if I could!
The guys really took the time to understand what I wanted to achieve (and more importantly why) and worked out diet and training plans to help me.
Regular video, phone calls and messaging communications kept me on track and motivated and the flexibility of the training schedule allowed me to chop and change days when I needed to.
I lost a lot of weight, actually more than I expected as I'd tried to do it myself on several occasions and failed miserably. But I also gained a lot knowledge which I'll take forward, not only in training but in other areas of my life too.

I tried losing weight on my own & through companies like weight watchers, but it just wasn’t happening. When I met Nick at a networking event & found out what he did I thought it was exactly what I needed - the daily accountability.
I went through a lot of ups & downs over the 4 months I worked with Nick, stress from work which I know on my own would have stopped me.
I loved having someone in my corner cheering me on & calling me on my excuses. I’m now 16kg lighter & feeling good.
If you are looking for more accountability & a cheer squad Nick is your guy!

Having the support of Nick at Unstoppabl has helped me not only meet but exceed any goals that I had at the outset of the program. At the age of 50 I have been able to not only go from a size 14 to a size 8 but I am fitter and stronger than I have been at any point in my life. The program was put together to fit around a full time career, with workouts that I could do from home. The coaching with regards to nutrition and other habits to adopt to support the work towards weight loss and fitness will ensure that the changes are permanent. It really has been life changing and my friends and family have been stunned by the dramatic change that they have seen in my health, confidence and happiness. I am now setting fitness goals that I never thought possible to start at my age, and looking forward to running my first half marathon this year, again with the support of Nick at Unstoppabl.

Brilliant! I never thought I would get the results I have in the short time I’ve been working with Ryan and Nick. I used to be really fit and play sport at a high level, but life happened and I found myself 5 stone heavier than I used to be. Ryan has been coaching me for just over 3 months and I’ve lost 2.5 stone with simple changes to my diet, and a flexible workout routine. My mindset to my health has changed and it’s now a priority for me when it used to be an afterthought. Unstoppabl are at the top of their game and there is no one else I would recommend to anyone looking to change their health and well-being. Book a call!
